At Digital Atelier, we strive to provide high-quality sewing machines and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take time to reflect)

  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

To request an exchange, contact us with your order details.
